Contactless Donations Playbook

Traveltech for Scotland Contactless Donations

Traveltech for Scotland teamed up with Scottish Borders Visitor Attractions Abbotsford, Traquair House and Bowhill House, together with the Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions to create the Contactless Donations Playbook.

This playbook is ideal for businesses, particularly visitor attractions and tourism businesses interested in getting started with contactless donations and making the most of them.

The playbook helps tourism and attractions businesses to understand what preparation should be considered when starting out with contactless donations onsite; the impact that contactless donations can have within fundraising strategies, and what considerations need to be made depending on the attraction audiences and demographics.

You’ll get handy tips and hints and plenty of ideas and inspiration for when you start or tailor your own contactless donations journey.

Check out the video interview with Carly Straughan of QLine Consulting and George McLean of Complete Works, on strategies for making the most of contactless donations for visitor attractions. By putting storytelling at the heart of activity and focusing on the small differences that have big impact, this can have a massive effect on how visitors make donations.
