Visitor Membership Strategy Playbook
Traveltech for Scotland teamed up with Scottish Borders Visitor Attractions Abbotsford, Traquair House and Bowhill House together with the Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions to create this Visitor Membership Strategy Playbook.
The playbook is ideal for businesses, particularly visitor attractions and tourism or heritage sites which operate membership schemes. When considering new technology to assist with membership management, it’s important that your strategy to recruit, retain and reward members is in place first.
This playbook helps tourism and attractions businesses to understand the importance of getting membership strategies right, which very often will interconnect with fundraising and digital marketing too, all of these impacting on the choice of the most effective digital tools to help attractions maximise income generation.
Get handy hints, tips and practical advice on ensuring your membership strategy is the most effective it can be for your visitors.
Check out the video interview with Carly Straughan of QLine Consulting and membership expert Dave Langran for some great insights and examples for attractions.
