Co-Creating Collective Technology for Tourism Recovery & Sustainability

Traveltech for Scotland is working on co-creating new collective technology projects and platforms where ‘collectives’ of tourism businesses come together to work with local travel technology companies and experts to design and build shared technology resources.

Underpinning this will be the exploration of new collective business models that demonstrate how to effectively collaborate with other businesses in the use of digital technology. We want to harness the best of Scotland’s growing traveltech sector, in support local tourism and hospitality SMEs.

We are seeking to co-create collective technology projects that :

  • Reinvest in the Scottish economy;

  • Digitally empower small tourism and hospitality businesses;

  • Respect and listen to the needs of communities; and

  • Put sustainability first.
